supported by | | Most successful promotion meeting in AthensFeb. 07, 2008 - Within the framework of the GROUND-REACH project and the Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign the Centre of Renewable Energy Sources (CRES) had organised the most successful meeting "Heating and Cooling with Geothermal Heat Pumps" in Athens on 24 January 2008. The number of attendants to the meeting, which addressed the Greek market, was approximately 130 exceeding any expectations, which included engineering companies, architects, engineers (mechanical, civil, electrical, mining engineers etc.), geologists, brokers, national and local authorities, companies which install heating and cooling systems in Greece, buildings owners and in general decision makers and professionals from the heating and cooling market of buildings in Greece.  The speakers were selected experts from European countries where the technology of geothermal heat pumps is already widespread, experts from CRES, as well as a local geothermal heat pump installer.
