supported by | Touring exhibition - Heat from the earthJun. 30, 2008 - The German state Bavaria takes several measures aimed at reaching the goal to reduce CO2 emissions from recently about 6.8 tons per resident to 5 tons in the year 2020. One of these measures is a comprehensive information campaign about the advantages of using shallow geothermal energy with ground source heat pumps. The Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection (StMUGV) has started the touring exhibition "Heat from the earth" to be presented in town halls and buildings of local authorities and banks.
