Duration: 36 months
Summary: The coordination of the GROUND-REACH project, in terms of work progress, tasks, deliverables, managerial and financial aspects, will be undertaken by the Project Management Committee together with CRES, the project coordinator. The coordinator will be the main interface between the consortium and the European Commission. CRES will consolidate the project control, progress reports, cost statements and budgetary overviews using the inputs from the other partners. The Project Management Committee will comprise one representative from the project coordinator (CRES) and one representative from each work package leader (SVEP, FIZ, ARSENAL and ECOFYS), as well as one representative of the key partners ADEME, EHPA and EGEC.
