Pilot projects in the several countries have showed that the realization of this potential is not easy. With the introduction of the heat pump techniques in the housing sector legislative, technical, economic and marketing barriers were met. In this work package we will identify these barriers and provide solutions to overcome these barriers. - Subtask 1: Inventory of legislation (Subtask 1a) and barriers and good practices in technical, financial and marketing aspects of ground coupled heat pumps (Subtask 1b). Learn lessons and try to apply them in other countries. Information delivered by the various national participants, coordinated by the WP leader

- Subtask 3: Formulating a strategic (long term) dissemination plan for a market introduction campaign to realize the market potential
